First off I would like to say I chose TOA Concrete Construction because of their 5 star rating. Tasi responded right away. I was having a party and Tasi went out of his way to get the project done in time for my gathering. I contacted other Concrete companies and I didn't get a response for one week. Tasi is professional and responded to my texts within minutes. I would hire and refer Tasi to anyone who needs a Concrete project done. I also like Tasi's friendliness and he shows an interest in people's needs. My sidewalk turned out beautiful. He's stopping by again to fill in a crack in a different sidewalk of ours for no charge.
