First off I would like to say I chose TOA Concrete Construction because of their 5 star rating. Tasi responded right away. I was having a party and Tasi went out of his way to get the project done in time for my gathering. I contacted other Concrete companies and I didn't get a response for one week. Tasi and his crew are honest, reliable and very conscientious about their workmanship. Our working relationship with TOA and communication throughout three different projects on our property went forward and continued without a hiccup. They helped remedy some previous work performed by another contractor, and with concrete that can be quite an endeavor. They removed our driveway and apron, and gave us the most stunning stamped concrete driveway and new apron along with drainage. I would not hesitate to do business with TOA Concrete Construction. We were incredibly impressed with TOA Concrete. We used them for the replacement of the sidewalk along our street that was impacted by tree roots. They were prompt with quotes (which was very competitive) and included a video walk through of the scope of work. They also handled all permitting with the City of Portland and inspections and were communicative, keeping us up to date on the timeline and permitting progress.
